Helping people came before the business.
We started Pitt Brothers Electric because we genuinely like being useful to the people around us. Friends, relatives, and neighbors had electrical questions or projects, and we enjoyed being able to help.
That feeling did not go away when we started a company. We still want people to feel heard, understand what is happening, and know we will follow through.
Giving back where we live.
Electrical skills can make a meaningful difference to an organization or neighbor who needs help. Our team has volunteered time and electrical skills to help local churches, schools, and people in the Knoxville area.
We do not want community support to be a slogan. As our business grows, we hope to keep finding practical ways to give back where we can.
If you represent a local organization with an electrical project, tell us what you have in mind. We can review the request and let you know whether we have the resources to help. We cannot promise every request can be accommodated.
Being local changes how we work.
Relationships over transactions
We want to be people you feel comfortable calling again or recommending to a neighbor.
Help without pressure
It is okay to have questions or to need only one small repair.
Good communication
We try to respond promptly and keep you informed about what happens next.
A reason to care
Knoxville is where our families and neighbors live. Our reputation here matters.
Useful electrical information should be easy to find.
Not every question needs an appointment. Our Help Center covers everyday electrical concerns in plain language, including when it is time to call a professional.
As we grow, the goal stays the same.
Do good work. Treat people right. Make electrical help less confusing. And remember the people who made this business possible in the first place.
That includes the customers who trust us with their homes and businesses, and the Knoxville community we are proud to call home.
